Bama Foods - Privately Held, Coached CEO and Head of HR. Aligned HR Strategy to Business Strategy
Provided the president of Asia region with leadership strategies and tools for managing company’s fastest-growing region in the world; 50% expansion rate. Using coaching techniques, intuition, and deep knowledge of human behavior I encouraged inward recognition for areas of his personal and professional growth. In 5 years, president increased revenues from $23M - $100M with projected revenue of $200M in 2020. President acknowledged more personal and professional growth in 1 year I worked with him than in any other time of his life. I also coached the SVP Human Resources. She was a high potential but did not have a human resources background. I worked side by side with her to develop her into a great HR professional.

NOKIA - Assessed Human Resources Function for Effectiveness
Used voice of the customer (VOC) input, I assessed the human resources function and provided a comprehensive summary. Through this assessment discovered human resources function was inconsistent, not providing optimal support for business. Worked together with the president to develop a plan to transform and align human resources to optimally support the business.
Hexcel -Coached Human Resources Function
Assessed the current state of the human resources function and provided a gap analysis between where the leader and organization would like the human resources function to be and current state. Designed a process and tools for the team which included individual and team style assessment, feedback of my needs analysis and activities for the team to identify characteristics of a strategic human resources team and then behaviors to align with the vision.
